The Push-Up Challenge
LOCK IN THE DATE
The Push-Up Challenge is set for 1-23 June 2023. Lock. It. In.
Sadly, 3,144 Aussies lost their lives to suicide in 2021. In our bid to push for better mental health – and ultimately save lives – The Push-Up Challenge 2023 will involve taking on 3,144 push-ups.
That’s a push-up for every person lost to suicide in 2021, so that we can reflect on their lives and acknowledge their friends and family who continue to carry the heartache of their loss.
